1. How does it work?

The process of hiring our professionals is a  5- step simple process. Tell us what your needs are, we work together to determine your suitable package, train us (if necessary) about your processes, recruit the best professionals for your tasks and finally, the job gets done.

2. Where are you located?

All of our team members are currently located in Kenya, but as we expand, they will be located throughout the continent. We can adjust to work according to your time zone.

3. Is there a contract?

Contract requirements are dependent upon what solution you choose. Some solutions require no commitment, others require up to 3 months. See our plans for more information.

4. Are the VA's in an office environment?

Yes, your dedicated assistant has a completely equipped workstation.

5. How do you track time?

We send you weekly reports with all of the activities your dedicated professional has worked on along with the time designated to each.

6. I signed up for a 10 hours package! Do my hours expire?

Yes, your hours expire and do not roll over to the next billing period. They must be used during the 30-days that your contract includes.

7. How are your dedicated professional team member communication skills?

Our staff have very strong communication skills, that must be demonstrated during the hiring process. They are also native English speakers, hence communication won’t be a challenge.

8. How do I communicate with my dedicated professional?

Your dedicated virtual assistant can conform to your most convenient method, for example via phone, email, Skype, WhatsApp, Google Hangouts, and many other forms of communication.

9. I might upgrade to full-time in the near future, will my dedicated professional be available?

We will do our best to arrange our workload to make sure they are available for you. However, check with us as it is on a case-by-case basis.

10. How do you secure my information?

Our non-disclosure agreement assures you we will not share any information with anyone outside of our company. Our office also does not store any sensitive information on our computers. Any printed materials are shredded before being sent for recycling.

11. Is there a startup fee?

No. There is no fee to join. You pay a hourly basis fee as detailed on the plans page.

12. Can Stone Solutions perform work in other languages apart from English?

Our staff can currently only handle tasks submitted in English.

13. Do I just get the same person to work with?

Yes, you are assigned a dedicated professional or project manager who will be your main point of contact.

14. Am I hiring more people than I'm paying for?

Yes, in effect, you are not just hiring one stand-alone professional. Instead, you are hiring a whole team, including people with other skills and experience, at no additional charge.
