Chandell is a social entrepreneur with a repertoire of unique skills garnered through her experience as an education leader, consultant, and founder of three successful businesses. Chandell began her career serving low-income students in the Bronx and Harlem with demonstrated results that outpaced affluent schools around the state. She simultaneously launched a multi-national volunteer travel company, Destination Impact, that places volunteers across 5 different countries to support education and anti-homelessness initiatives. She is currently leading the design and launch of a hybrid higher education program for BIPOC students, Degrees of Freedom.

Phannuel Mijoge, Director of Operations
Phannuel Mijoge is an IT professional turned project manager. He began his career as an IT assistant at the Center for Disease Control (CDC) Kenya, where he successfully managed server operating system upgrades as well as implementing general IT equipments’ SOPs. He has supported the successful scaling of Destination Impact as the Program Director, organizing client and partner logistics across five countries. Through Stone Solutions, Phannuel has worked on a myriad of projects including but not limited to client management and team administration, strengthening his skills as an operations leader and administrative support specialist.

Sylvia inevitably has a robust hands-on career experience with an entrepreneurial mindset. Her accomplished journey merely began as an online community manager at Stylvo, where she strategized, managed & tracked metrics that aligned with their critical mission and grand vision. She undoubtedly has an interest in digital marketing which has gently steered her growth to her current role as Director of Training and Development at Stone Solutions. This critical role has positively reinforced her personal capabilities as a prominent leader and ultimate team player.

Mary is a Biomedical graduate and an active volunteer in the sustainability field with a very strong interest in continuous self-development. As an administrative assistant, she carries out tasks in social media, creative design, emails and business research.
